Can I use other E-Rig Glass?
Compatibility can vary since glass is hand blown and there will be slight variances in size due to human touch. So for that reason we cannot guarantee compatibility for every mouthpiece. Before ordering a mouthpiece from another brand, ensure you're able to either test fit with the DUO or that the retailer you're purchasing from allows returns for unused products. Most Puffco Peak & Puffco Peak Pro mouthpieces fit with our DUO Puffco Mouthpiece Adapter but as always test fit first.
What does the warranty cover?
The DUO has an industry leading warranty of 3 years on the base, a 3 month warranty on the concentrate atomizer and a 1 year warranty on the herb atomizer. Parts and accessories including bowls, glass, mouthpieces and assembly parts are not covered under warranty.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge the DUO can run anywhere from 30-40 heat cycles. Assuming it takes 2 heat cycles to complete a normal session, the Duo can complete 15-20 sessions before it requires a charge. Personal selections such as lights, temperature and having hit extension on/off can either increase or decrease the total amount of sessions. The DUO has a pass through charging features which allows it to be used while charging.
What is the temperature range?
The selectable temperature range with the concentrate atomizer is from 350°F - 600°F and 300°F- 400°F for flower. The temperature can be adjusted effortlessly without the need of a phone or app. The intelligent and precise temperature control allows for optimum vaporization of flower, herb, CBD and all types of concentrates no matter the consistency.
Can I use the DUO for flower?
To utilize your DUO for herb you will need the DUO Herb Atomizer. All DUOs have built in functionality for the herb atomizer so purchasing a new unit will not be required. In order to use the Herb Atomizer with your DUO a software update is required. The update can be found HERE. Once completed, your DUO will have dual functionality and you can seamlessly switch between the concentrate & herb atomizer.
What charging block do I use ?
We recommend that you use a dedicated charging block that has a fixed rated output of 5V and either 1.5amps or 2amps (No higher or lower, not a PC | Laptop | Gaming System | Power Strip | etc.)

Never had a puffco
"I’ve had the enail for over 3 years now and decided to take the plunge on the Erig train. And of course with the fantastic deals High Five throws damn near every month, I picked up my duo for half the price 😍 It came quickly and from unboxing to exhaling it has not been a disappointment. It’s actually been my favorite unboxing experience… it’d only get better if smoke came out of the box haha. Very nice. Thank you. It’s very clean, smooth and just the right air flow. So far I’ve only used the quartz insert as I’m not the biggest fan of titanium or ceramic… but they came freely and are there to use when needed and for that I’m grateful. I purchased a SIC insert and I’ll rate that separately when I use that as well. I heard you should do a preheat setting on them first before use. So I have to experiment. The cloud production from this fancy beast is prime. It’s definitely not like a banger experience but for on the go and getting your medication, this is surpassing a Penjamin. No cleaner mode like the enail so I might torch the insert here or there but I don’t want this rig to go 900* either lol. The magnetic carb cap works fantastic and I love it. I’m so satisfied with this addition to my small collection as I want functionality and full entourage. I will never have a puffco."

From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They didn’t just provide customer service; they showed genuine care, patience, and integrity. Fully concentrated daily driver
"Just received my 2nd Duo. My 1st one lasted over 3 years with daily use as my only rig when I was strictly using concentrates. It finally started showing some issues, again with heavy use for 3+ years, so replacement was due. This time I added the Lifetime Warranty. It’s definitely the best e-rig I’ve ever used, and that does include the Peak. Much easier to clean and maintain, the atomizers last forever with gentle care (the V2 looks much more durable), and flavor is great. My temperature is set to 470*F and the hit extend is 20 sec. Currently using some quality rosin badder. I get about 4-5 good pulls for about 4mm ball-size dab. I have the Opal glass upgrade but previously had the bent neck, which I personally prefer. Both are a better option than the standard. The Opal looks great with the top light on. I really appreciate the inclusion of 3 different bowls. I previously found the (not included) SiC was my favorite and Ti my least. The ceramic might be my new favorite. And quartz never disappoints. I also use a 4mm quartz pearl. I do think it could be improved. The included directional cap doesn’t seem to get my pearl moving much and using the magnet is a bit awkward. I also wish there was a light mode to give visual cues for warming (pulse), at temperature (steady), and end (3x flash). Perhaps a firmware update? Overall, it’s pretty great. Reliable under heavy use, durable, and excellent performance. I recommend it over everything else to anyone looking for an e-rig."

"Alright full DUO review. It’s almost completely modular and super easy to clean. The glass comes in and out of the device and silicone sleeve without much resistance. The atomizer chamber also is fully disassembled after removing the cap, and 2 screws for the atomizer contact plate. Which makes it SUPER easy to clean. The concentrate atomizer is AWESOME! I’ve only used the titanium and ceramic bowls but both are really good! The flavor is great from it and the height was awesome too. With the concentrate atomizer, you can get some milky clouds too. As far as the flower one, it is a convection vaporizer. It does not produce a ton of visible vapor, but does hit pretty well and smell is super minimal. It does seem to get hot kind of quick with the herb one. Also you can’t over fill it. If you do it doesn’t hit super well. Over all the herb portion is pretty cool too. I don’t know that I would use the herb one all the time, but will use it. Especially if I need it for inside while raining or something. Concentrate score- 10/10 Herb-7/10 Clean ability 10/10 Overall 8. 5/10 IMO. For me, totally worth the buy man. I’ll likely use the dab option the most though."
